TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A security deposit must be paid and will be refunded minus any breakages and damage
2. All and any guests visitors and anyone on the property will be under the direct care of the person hiring the property, all persons enter the property at their own risk.
3. The owners, their staff and cosignees will not be held liable for anyone using the property or the beach or any facilities connected to such.
4. Check out must be completed and handed over by the time stipulated. Any extentions will be charged for.
5. No illegal activities will be accepted in the property.
